Specifications Glossy sharp PP


The Glossy sharp is a plastic jar series with a streamlined design and modern appearance. The cylindrical single-walled pots have a lid with an inner liner. Thanks to its cylindrical design and high-gloss surface the Glossy sharp has a modern appearance. The jars are ideally suitable for creams, scrubs and other high-quality emulsions.

PETE or PET

PET is a hard and glass clear Plastic Whiteh a high gloss surface. PET offers a very good Water and Oxygen barrier and has a high rupture and impact resistance. PET is commonly used for carbonated beverage bottles. PET provides very good alcohol and essential oil barrier properties, and a generally good chemical resistance. Acetones and ketones however will attack PET.

PP

PP is a rigid and transparent Plastic Whiteh a glossy surface. PP offers a high moisture and oxygen barrier but lacks impact resistance, especially at low temperatures. PP is used primarily for jars and closures. One major advantage of PP is its stability at high temperatures, up to 200° F. Polypropylene is autoclavable and offers the potential for steam sterilization. PP has excellent chemical resistance and is suitable for essential oils.

HDPE

HDPE is a firm and semi transparent Plastic Whiteh a matt surface. HDPE offers a good Water and Oxygen barrier and has good rupture and impact resistance. HDPE is the most widely used resin for plastic bottles. It is compatible Whiteh a wide range of chemical products including acids and caustics, but is not compatible Whiteh solvents and essential oils. HDPE provides good protection at below freezing temperatures, supplied in FDA approved food grade.

LDPE

LDPE is a soft and transparent Plastic Whiteh a glossy surface. LDPE offers a good Water and Oxygen barrier and has good rupture and impact resistance. LDPE is similar to HDPE but more flexible and therefore mostly used for Squeeze bottles and tubes. It is less compatible than HDPE for use of chemical products and not compatible for use Whiteh solvents and essential oils.

SAN

SAN is crystal clear hard plastic Whiteh a glossy surface. SAN is a copolymer consisting of styrene and acrylonitrile. SAN is widely used as an alternative to polystyrene because of the higher heat resistance, more than 100C. The addition of Acrylonitrile ensures improved mechanical properties (break resistant) and chemical resistance.
